Eternal Love

Telken nodded a little and looked down at Misha with a smile.

"The sisters haven't met yet...and I know of plenty of places to hide down there...it should be easy to find someone to marry us as well..."

He looked up hopefully at Kase.

Kase nodded to him, smiling softly

"We'll let those 2 rest for now.. we'll leave when we have the cover of night.."

Gabel rushed in front of her and layed his head in her lap, obviously hiding from Tyndar, whos tail he had just bitten

There was a roar and the sound of large padded feet that came sprawling around the tree but Telken held up a hand. Tyndar froze at the sight. Telken pointed down, and she sat down. She started to whimper but he made a cutting motion. Her tail flicked but he pointed down and she laid down. Telken then looked at Gabel.

"You're going to get hurt doing that..."

He looked very serious but winked at Kase before looking serious again.

Gabel whimpered low, nuzzling Kase's lap as she pat his head

"He likes to take his chances.."

She nuzzled his shoulder and gently kissed it

"We should rest a bit ourselves while we have the chance.."

Telken smirked at Gabel, Tyndar just lay there staring at him as if biding her time until she could get him back for the assault on her tail. Telken nuzzled her head gently and put his other arm around hers to help hold Misha.

"Rest sounds good..."

Kase gently cradled Misha into her arms, and layed where they were in the grass, Gabel laying against her back with his head on her arm, as Misha tugged at his whiskers, but he didnt seem to mind.

She curled up gently around her daughter, who yawned a little, and kase began to hum to her, trying to get her to sleep again

After only a couple hours, Dari's eyes slowly opened, and he felt the cold skin of Kat still on him, unsure if she was asleep or not, but he kissed the top of her head gently, his hand slowly rubbing her arm

Telken chuckled very quietly at Misha as Tyndar made a quiet noise at him. He shook his head a bit and placed a hand on Kase's leg gently as he looked out to the sea. He turned his thoughts inward and came across an idea he was unsure about.

He looked to their daughter and whispered to Kase.

"We should give her a mark as well..."

Kat was in a deep sleep. The kind of sleep she only ever managed to have when she was with Darissar. She nuzzled his chest a little when he kissed her and she mumbled his name quietly in her sleep.

Kase shook her head almost immedietly

"If the demon could sense her through it.. it would put her into too much danger at this age.."

She held Misha closer, knowing she was already in so much danger,she didnt want her in more of it.

Dari slowly rolled so that they were both laying on their sides, but he continued to hold her closely

Telken paled slightly, not having thought of that and a little angry at himself he hadn't, though a thought he had earlier returned to his mind and he looked to their baby. No, he wouldn't even think of it unless there was no other choice and they had nothing left to try...

He rubbed her leg slowly and whispered.

"Once the danger is gone...we'll be able to better protect her..."

Kat's eyes slowly and sleepily opened as he shifted them and she lifted her head slowly and smile at him. She kissed his chest and whispered.

~"Is it time to go...?"~

Dari slowly shook his head, wanting every moment to relax he could take, deffinetly with her. He hugged her a bit tighter, resting his head on top of hers

Kase nodded to his words

"She wont need protecting.. She'll be strong enough by then.."

Kat smiled but didn't let herself fall back asleep. She pressed herself close to Darissar and breathed slowly of his scent. Her tail gently strokes his leg as a wave of warmth rippled through her skin.

"I guess I just worry too much...but I hope it won't take us that long to defeat the demon...."

Telken leaned his head back against the tree and closed his eyes.

Kase didnt know how to answer that. She knew the demon had basically been with her for over 100 years the first time, he just sat in waiting.

She slowly stroked Mishas cheek, smiling softly down at her, before leaning down and kissing her forehead.

Gabel moved a bit closer, as Misha yawned tiredly.

Dari slowly rubbed her arm, letting out a small content sigh

Telken looked at them, sensing her thoughts more than anything. He leaned over and kissed Kase's cheek gently, then Misha's forehead and whispered.

"Sleep for an hour or two...I'll get things ready for us to leave..."

Try as hard as Kat might not to, her hand moved to her stomach and she started to worry over the demon inside of Darissar. She whispered softly.

~"How can I free you..."~

Dari moved his hand to her chin, to gently pull her face to his, and kissed her gently for a few seconds, before whispering back

-"Dont worry on it right now.. rest.."-

Kase nodded slowly, and stood up with Misha, walking over to the nearby stables as Gabel followed, looking at Tyndar, almost apologetically, as he layed down beside Kase

Katsura smiled up at him and kissed him back, her tail slithering slowly around his leg and squeezed it gently. She opened her mouth to say something but a soft voice came from the entrance to the house. Telken stood there and repeated quietly.

"I'm sorry to wake you..."

Telken slowly stood and watched Kase move to the stables to rest. He smiled slightly to himself and flexed his right hand. They shared their mark again and it felt like the part of him that was missing was finally back in place.

He motioned to Tyndar, who looked eager to follow after Gabel and Kase, and she padded off to lay down with them. Telken, however, moved over to the dock and walked to it's edge. His hands closed behind his back and he stared out at the sea thinking deeply on the problems they faced.

He thought on the demon and how connected it had become to all of them and the dangers it caused. He thought on Gabane and how lost to power she had become. He thought on Amalia and wondered how many she had killed since he had been gone. He thought too, on his daughter Suki, left alone to face challenges she wouldn't let him understand.

Try as he might, no new answers came to him. He thought on the old ones, that perhaps Misha had enough raw power inside of her tiny spirit to destroy the demon...but his heart wept at the idea of letting the demon get that close for that chance to happen when he wasn't even sure Misha could.

He sighed deeply as a few hours passed away without him moving. They were being watched he knew, and no doubt whatever watched them would follow them to Darkshire, but by now Durion and Reisha would have returned to Stormwind, if worse came to very worst he could ask them for help.

He shuddered at the idea and slowly he turned. He kissed the back of his hand, sending it through the mark to the woman he loved more than life itself who held the thing they both loved more than each other. He smiled at the thought and decided he should tell the two people inside of what was to come, so he set out for the house...

Dari looked over to the doorway, and sat up, slowly pulling Kat into his lap instead, his hands resting gently on her stomach

-"We were awake.. "-

Dari used to have a hard time thinking of this man replacing his father, but now, after everything Telken helped them with, he was much more calm about it

-"What is it?"-

Kat smiled and put her arm around Dari's shoulders and leaned against him and looked to Telken her smile fading a little as he spoke. Telken moved into the house and took a slow and deep breath.

"We can't stay here...The demon and...Gabane know where we are and something's watching us...or someone...we don't know...So we need to move.."

He paused for a moment but then continued.

"We're going to go to Darkshire. There's plenty of places there we can hide and we'd be closer to...my daughter...for...the wedding..."

Telken glanced up to see what Darissar's reaction would be.

Dari's mouth opened a little, as if to protest, but he stopped, and instead, slowly smiled

"Mothers been waiting for you to ask.."

His fingers continued to slowly rub Kats stomach, but he stayed looking at Telken

"I figured we wouldnt be able to stay here.."

He turned, gently placing Kat on the bed, and he stood up, easily towering a bit over Telken

"I'll help pack up what we need"

Kat bit her lip slightly as he rubbed her stomach, her cheeks blushed a little. Telken too blushed slightly but he nodded and rubbed the back of his head.

"It's best to pack light...the faster we move the better...and...might be better if we traveled separately and meet up in Darkshire at the inn."

Kat looked up at Darissar, her hand coming to rest on her stomach where his had been. She looked between them, before her eyes settled on Darissar.

Dari looked at Telken, then at Kat, taking a few breaths before saying

-"I want you to go with Telken Kat. And Misha as well. I think.. Me and my mother should travel together.."-

He looked kind of pained at saying it, and looked away to Telken

-"You understand right?"-

Kat's eyes grew wide and she slowly shook her head. She grabbed Darissar's hand and squeezed it tightly but before she could speak Telken spoke up softly.

"It...would be safer that way Katsura...Kase can look after Darissar and I'll need help with Misha..."

The mage slowly shook her head and whispered.

~"I'm not leaving you Darissar..."~

Dari kneeled down in front of her, whispering

-"You're holding something thats too great to put into such dangers.."-

His free hand slowly brushed along her stomach, as he squeezed her hand

-"Telken can help keep you safe.. but if the demon got me, and god forbid.. my mother as well, it would.. just be too dangerous"-

Without another word, he kissed her softly, before letting go of her hand, and started to pack some supplies

Katsura stared into his eyes as he spoke. Her stomach jumped a little at his touch but it also seemed to calm her a little. As he pulled away she blinked away tears that turned to shards of ice before landing on the bed. Telken watched her with a small sad smile as she finally looked up at him.

~"W-when do we leave Mr. Bias?"~

Telken glanced at Darissar as he thought quietly to himself. He was worried about Darissar and Kase, but then looked to Kat.

"As soon as we're packed. The baby's things are over there I believe if you could get them together for me?"

Kat nodded, wiping at her face as she set to it. Telken walked over to Darissar to help him and said low.

"I want you to take Tyndar with you. She'll help you and make it easier on you...and she'll do what needs to be done if the worst should happen...

Dari also had tears in his eyes, facing away from Kat, trying not to worry her anymore then she already was

-"Thank you."-

He hated the thought of leaving Kat, and his little sister, but knew it had to done for their safety.

He packed a bag of blankets for one group, and began on a second

Telken gathered up a few sets of clothes for each of them and paused to look at Darissar. His voice was sincere and honest as he whispered.

"Darissar...your father would be as proud of you...as I am..."

The old man's hand touched Darissar's shoulder and his lips curled in that fatherly smile of his and the pride he spoke of shone in his eyes. To fend off the demon so well when in the past it was so hard for him...to fight the demon for his family...earned more respect then anything else Darissar could have done.
